This is my first Gocco print on fabric. It took me a while to work out what I was doing - I was trying to print like you do on paper. Once I worked it out, I was very happy.
I'll probably get more use out of the gocco for fabric painting than anything else. So much better than painting it all by hand like I used to do....
This tee and a few others are in my etsy shop now.
I made the print master on the Gocco, then I just screen printed onto the fabric like you would when you are doing a normal screen print. I used the white scraper thing as the squeegee and put the ink on the edge of the scraper. I then dragged it across the screen, making sure all of the design was covered in ink. Lift the screen, and hopefully your design has worked! When the paint dried, I heat set it with an iron.
I'm not sure if that's the way it's supposed to be done, but it worked for me!
