Because I couldn't wait til July 18th, I've already made a start. This blouse (view C) is made in a size 2T using Kona snow for the yoke, and a deconstructed op-shopped skirt for the body.
The pattern was pretty easy to make. I'm not usually one for following a pattern properly (I like to make modifications), but I pretty much followed the instructions, for the sake of the sew-along. Next time, though, I'll be tweaking the pattern pieces a little here and there.
Overall, I'm happy with the garment, and would love to give it away!
If you'd like a chance to win this sweet blouse, please let me know in the comments who you'd give the blouse to. I'm happy to post internationally, so everyone is welcome to comment.
I'll randomly draw the winners name one week from today, at midday (Melbourne time) on Monday July 19th.
Good luck to all!

Looks lovely! I have a friend who's little girl has just turned 2 and this would be good for her - for the winter or even for the upcoming summer!
Oh yes please Jo!! Count me in!! I have a little miss here that would love that. I'm joining in too. Hopefully my machine will be back by the start date otherwise I'll be playing catch up xox
Gorgeous blouse Jo. Love the upcycled oppy skirt!!!

I just wanted to say I love this little shirt too! I am joining in the sew-along as well but I need a size 3 for my smallest so unfortunately no point counting me in for the giveaway either.
Ah, I'm in the sew along, but I'm going to enter here anyway as I love the op-shopped fabric- it make it one of a kind which I like!
I'd give it to my little girl who is 2 in August. She looks great in those colours.
Oh that is gorgeous. I know a little girl who would love this. My niece. Sadly I have never actually met her yet as she lives on the other side of the country from me, but I like to send her little gifts.
I am joining in the sew along too, recieved my pattern today. I can't wait :)
Gorgeous blouse in funky fabric that I suspect even my shorty two year old would 'thumbs up'!
What a beautiful blouse! Since my own little girl is already 4, I would give this to my wonderful friend who would love it for her little girl.
This is so cute! I have a lovely little cousin that would look precious in this.
eek! so cute!! I'd have my petite two year old wear this for the summer and hopefully keep it stain free for when her little sister is big enough to wear it!
Just gorgeous !!! This would be perfect for my 16 month old daughter. She hasn't got much hair and always get called a boy, but in this little dress/top there would be no mistake to her identity !
My daughter Maude, of course! Super cute top. Found your blog from flickr giveaway thingee...nice - love those stars above!

ADORABLE BLOUSE! I'd give this to my friend's little girl, Ady :-) She's 4yo but is TINY And wears like 2T. I have a 3 month old little boy, thus, I can't legitimately keep it :-( haha
Thanks so much!
This is adorable! I have a 3 year old that is on the small side that would look perfect in this top. Oh I hope I win! :)
I love oliver+s patterns - so easy to follow, and with lovely professional touches!
My daughter turns 2 in just 3 weeks, and I'm sure she would love wearing this when the weather warms up... and with our next baby due in the next 2 weeks as well, Mummy is probably not going to get much sewing done herself!
This shirt is gorgeous - love the repurposed fabric! My daughter Minty is two and I'm sure she'd look fab in this. P.S. I just joined the ice-cream social too!
Oh how I love this! Would be so cute on my sweet Lily who will be 2 next summer:)

Oh Jo, this is SO cute. If I was to be lucky enough to win this, my extremely petite two year old Lulu would be the best dressed kid on the block - and red is so her colour!
I'm just about to raid the stash for fabric for this sew-along (as soon as I stop blog-surfing!)
I'm a little nervous about the white but the nearly three year old would love it.
this is really adorable! please count me in! i'd love to see my little Claire in it!
Hi Jo this is gorgeous!! Hoping I can make something of this standard in the sewalong. I would love to give this to my nearly 2yo. Could I be so lucky!!
