Vintage Sheet Haul

Recently I took part in the Vintage Sheet Swap hosted by the very lovely Sheridan at Chaletgirl. She and her mum did such a fabulous job of sifting through the 700-odd vintage sheet fat quarters! This was my haul - I sent off 32 fat quarters myself, and received these beauties in return.

This would have to be my top 5 (today, at least!). I'm not sure I would have been able to share in these goodies had they been my sheets.
Thanks so much to Sheridan for all of that organising! I'm so pleased with my varied selection, and can't wait to find the right project for them. Here's the list of participants if you want to see who received what.

What a lovely haul! And I can't believe the sheet swap organiser is called Sheridan!
In your top picture, at the bottom right are some flowers in mauves and blues. They are vaguely familiar- I think my sister and I had something like that in our little-girl bedroom 30-something years ago.

Thanks for you comment on our new mummy-daughter capelets. I highly recommend this project!

Hey, they look really nice laid out like that!

The green one on the top left of your Favourite 5 - that was mine, and that's the sheet I found that started the whole swap. Glad you like it!

Oh yum - now this is my kind of fabric. I'm with you on the favourites, the more bright and out there the better!
